How do I get my truck back if I am married, not living together but title is in my name and loan is in my name?

If you bought the truck while married and paid for it out of earnings during the marriage, it is community property, no matter what the title and loan say. So you each own it and are entitled to it until you get a divorce and are awarded it in the property settlement.
