Legal Question in Health Care Law in California

I took my daughter to her six month dentist check up and the dentist told me she had cavities on her permanent back molars. I refused treatment because at the time I did not want them to fill the cavities with silver filling instead I wanted white. They had me sign her medical treat stating that I was aware of the cavities and that I refused treatment. About a month later I took her to another dentist to get the work done and the dentist did not find any cavities. Instead they just put sealing over the molars to protect them. This made me wonder will dentist offices say someone has cavities so they can get paid. Should I take this case further?

You don't have anything for a private action, but you should definitely file a complaint with the state Dept. of Consumer Affairs.
