1. Can a vet give personal

information, like a cell phone

number, of a patient to another

patient if the second patients dog

was bitten by the first. Both dogs on

a leash, sitting in the waiting room of

the vet office.

2. Can the owner of a bitten dog

press legal proceedings to the owner

of the instigating dog if the incident occurred at a vets office in the

waiting area?

Another dog eat dog lawsuit. OK. Owner of Victim Dog could theoretically sue owner of Perp Dog and could theoretically subpoena the owner's info from the vet. Creative attorney for Victim Dog's Owner could, even more theoretically, add the vet as a defendant for not requiring Perp Dog (actually all dogs) to be brought in carriers.
