Legal Question in Health Care Law in California

i went to a hospital with bad stomach pains i was taken to the the maternity ward i was hooked up to a fetal monitor and blood pressure machines for readings the fetal monitor was reading 97 100 200 then little hearts flashed and it would start again then a nurse came in and said that she could not get a reading for the heart rate of the fetus she then took the graph reading off the machine and put it in her pocket and said that they would have to bring in a portable machine to get the reading when they did she said that they could not get a reading so i asked her what would the reading be and she told me what i saw but i did not tell her what i had seen and ever since i have been to see other doctors only for them to tell me that i am not preganat i have seen the stories about lithopedion babies and know that the fetus can calcifie what can i do where can i go need help asap
