Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I want to aplly for citizenship. I was convicted of five DUIs in California My last time was in May of 1991 . Do I qualify to become U S citizen?

You have two serious problems. One is that you may have a problem showing good moral character, which is required for citizenship applications. USCIS can look beyond the last five years, if necessary. Two, depending on the event of your crimes (since you've had so many), you could be subject to deportation when USCIS realizes that you committed a deportable offense. So, be careful, because filing for citizenship can open Pandora's Box
