Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I apply for my husband visa, after 2 years, I recerived a letter saying that he got approve, now, i wanted to divorce him 4 weeks befero his visa appt, i send a letter giving them the reason I wanted to cancel the process for emigrating my husband and I call to cancel his appt, any way he went to his appt in cuidad Juarez and was issue a visa, now I got divorce, i have my divorce paper, what do I need to do to cancel his visa, I dont want to have any kind of issues with UCIS.

If he already got a visa, and you divorced him after the visa interview -- you have no power now to cancel his visa. He is a lawful permanent resident of the USA. And if the marriage is more than 2 years, it's possible that he received a permanent green card.

It's not clear from your post, who you called and how you tried to withdraw your approved I-130 petition. If properly done, it could have stopped him from getting a visa.
