Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I'm here on a B2 and I'm only allowed to stay until Aug. I don't have a plan to go back home. My daughter is scheduled for an interview for a work visa back at home this Aug. will it affect her interview? she has a U.S employer who sponsored her.
