Re: Employment immigration The processing time for the Form I-140, Employment-Based Immigrant Petition and the Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status to Permanent Residence will depend on where the forms where filed (i.e. California, Nebaraska, Vermont, or Texas Service Center).
