Re: enter the usa

There are a few options that I can discuss with you that are not available to many other attorneys. The first of which, available to all, is to apply for fiance visa. The second I will not discuss on these boards, as it is a key area of my practice.

If you would like to discuss this further please call my office at your earliest convenience or email.

Re: enter the usa

Your fiance could apply for a fiance visa for you. This would allow you to enter the U.S. as a non-immigrant and then get married here. Once you are married you can apply for your green card. If you get married before coming to the U.S., your husband has other options to petition to bring you into the U.S. Feel free to contact me directly to discuss further.
