can I get my green card if I join in the u.s. army?

i'm from Mexico 19 yrs. old, I have living two years here and i'm graduated from high school here with tourist visa in the u.s. I came here with my mom and her husband ( he is u.s resident) but they can't immigrating me, so, can I get my green card if I join in the u.s. army? but my tourist visa has expired last three mounths. I don't want to go back and I want to study the college and go to the university. what can I do???

You should have changed status to student visa before your tourist visa expired. Other alternative is your stepfather can become US citizen and sponsor for you,. When your mom got married to him...what was your age?
