Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hi, My Green Card process is in pre-PERM application filing stage, my case was restarted in Dec 2011 because wage determination period was expired in Nov 2011. Currently last phase of recruitment is going on.

Could you please let me know if I take new Job profile within same company where 70% skills are matching with current job profile, do I need to inform attorney?

My office address would be changing little bit (street number and street name).

Would my case need to restarted i.e. wage determination/recruitment for above scenario?

My friend, you should be in constant contact with your lawyer about "any" changes. That is why you are paying him or her. the papers do need to be adjusted and if your duties are different, you probably need to rerun the ads.
