Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am on H1 b visa and my wife is on h4 visa.We are not legally divorced but staying separately.I renewed my h1b visa but not her h4 visa because we are not staying together.without notifying me somehow she applied for h4 renewal and got denied.Can she do that without notifying me?I don't want to support her visa anymore and do i have to notify this issue to USCIS ?can i take any precaution of not happening like this(because she forged my sign on h4 renewal process for first time).

Shireesh, is this you? You should leave it alone. There is nothing you can do to prevent her from forging your signature, legally there are no means.
