Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hi,

Is it OK if I submit to USCIS a supporting document, such as a marriage contract, translated and notarized in Vietnam? or a paper should be notarized in the U.S.? I am a green-card holder and petitioning my wife.

Thanks!
