I-485/I-140 question
If I have an I-485 approved before my I-140 is approved, what happens to my I-140? Thanks everyone.

Re: I-485/I-140 question
I-485 cannot be approved before the I-140 approval. Only when I-140 is approved can the I-485 be adjudicated.
