I am a illegal immagrant and im under age and me and a group of friends took 67$ of clothes at a store we got caught and we have to go to court. will or can i get deported?

There is a way to deal with resolution of the criminal case. It is called civil compromise. You pay a small amount to the victim and they agree to drop the charges essentially. If the judge approves, the case gets dismissed, so, there is no need to plead to the charge and have a record.
