Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Leaving USA

Can I leave this country without I-94 form, I lost it and I also overstayed my B-2 visa for almost 5 yrs now. All I want to know is, will they (LAX workers) check my background like how I got in USA at the first place? or they just going to let me leave without questioning.

Thanks in Advance.

Re: Leaving USA

No, they'll be happy to see you leave the U.S. because of your overstay. Leaving is easy, entering is hard.
