Start Compnay while on H1-B
I would like to incorporate my own compnay while on H1-B Visa. I am working as contractor with ABC Inc. and my H1 is held by XYZ compnay. Can I have my own company and signed the agreement with both companies. I'll have agreement with ABC to sell services @ x rate. and have agreement with xyz to hire the serivces @x-20% rate. 20% will be the profit for my company. Will it be legal ?

It is legal if you structutre the company in a certain way.
