ok i'm turning 18 soon and have ilegal status is there a possible way i could go home with a philipine passport or voluntary to avoid the 10 year bar and can i come back here to the u.s legal

It's not very likely provided that you've been in USA illegally for a number of years. What visa you have in mind?

The DREAM Act was introduced for voting in Senate again. If it becomes a law, you may have a chance to apply for residency. If not, you have to be eligible for adjustment of status or a visa in order to remain in the USA lawfully and permanently.
