Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am currently in USA on J-1 visa and I am changing to F-1 visa(status). I send in all the forms they asked for but now i got letter to provide more evidence for the form I-134(bank statement, credit report,w-2.....) about my sponsor. I can send them some more bank statement but there will be not enough money on the ending balance, i can not send them her credit report because it is really low(she is going trough divorce, and i cant send them her W-2 because she is not working.

Would you recommend me to try to change the sponsor or would it be a problem changing sponsor after receiving a letter to provide more evidence.

I got transfer all the money that are needed for F-1 visa to my bank account but i will have the balance only on my last statement.

What would you recommend me to do? I have very limited time frame.

it is recommended that you change your sponsor as the present sponsor may not suit your requirement.
