Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Ok. Please Help! My visa, according visa bulletin is available now August 1 2010 on the 4 performance that mean brother and sister of citizen. I am in this country 10 years with clean backround and on july 27 2010 Im was married with woman who don't also have green card and only what she have is passport with immigration stamp. We lived together for 9 years and she is also clean with criminal record. So my questions is. What will be process for her and how long she will be waiting for authorization? How long I will be waiting for Green card? If immigration make me interviev what I have to show to prove we are together so many years? (We have only pictures.)

If you are 245 (i) protected, you might file green card application when the F-4 priority date become current with your wife. It takes at least 6 to 10 months for USCIS to process this type of case. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
