Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
domestic partner
My boyfriend works in a corperation. I own my own bussiness. Trough his job he has health insurance, and very reasenly , they changed to a new health insurance provider, and on the form he has put my name as his domestic partner, and sinds 12 weeks we are paying the premium requierd. I life with my boyfriend for 5 years in the same residence And we are not same sex partners. Do I quilify as his domestic partner?

Only if you're over 62 and qualified for social security. You also would have to be registered with the state.
