Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

What am I Entied to ?

I was in an Auto Accident and it was other persons fault. They denied it from start and no police report was taken it happened on a military installation. My car was totaled as was theres. They denied all claims untill a witness stepped up putting blame on them. After I did everything they wantred signed all release forms and produced dicuments and receipts for lost articles in accident . they dont want to pay me for what i lost and yet to pay Drs Bills (in collections now) They are telling me they need the lost or damaged articles to prove it phsically. and dont want to pay me for time lost at work. My Insurance paid for my car since they refused the claim . A passenger in the other car also came forward and said they were lying all along so they would get paid. they sent me a check that barely pays wages and my personal doctor and I am out of alot of money. I did not sign no agreement or release of liability, My name was slandered and now my car insurance has tripled and

I want to know if there is anything else I can do to them for blantly lying and trying to collect money on a false claim (since they were lying) and can i recover any more money for articlkes I lost in accident The adjuster acts like they did nothing wrong,

The insurance adjuster is a professional doing his job as he is instructed, and you are ignorant of your rights. And what is your insurance company doing for its own payments? Do they think there is a valid claim by you?

You should contact an attorney - immediately - if you want to pursue this.
