Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

hello LAW GURU'S

Good morning I know you have been waiting for the out come of the court date today well

I showed up and the judge/ probbaly said he granted the other guys a sustainable demurrer but he gave me 30 days to ammend my complaint/or get attorney/paraleagle. My question is did I win my case today?

No. You lost. Unless you or your attorney files an amended complaint within 30 days, it's over.

Mr. Stone is correct. You lost the demurrer round, but not the case yet. You will lose the entire case if you don't file an amended complaint that corrects the problems that were the grounds for demurrer within 30 days.
