rental compensation

am i entitled to recieve compensation after my car was hit

and is disabled for loss of use it was the other persons fault

Yes you should get loss of use of your vehicle if you were in an accident that was not you fault, and it caused you to not be able to use your car. There are other factors involved but this is the short answer.
