Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
condo assocation liability
leaking dishwasher causing water damage to area below.assocation manager is requesting the board to immediatly approve cost of Mold removal and repair of both damaged areas.I can not understand why all of us have to pay for somebodys neglect.

Are you certain the condo association members will be paying for costs of repair? Doesn't the condo association carry any insurance that covers these damages? You should immediately consult your own attorney to protect your legal rights.
