Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I am in a dilemma and i can't seem to figure out why. I have a design patent(d543585)(www.google.com/patents/USD543585)and there least 3 companies infringing on my design. I've been in contact with numerous attorneys and all i hear is your patent is very broad but they don't take on the case. I've even had one attorney say he was going to take on the case bon a contigency basis but never did. The infringing designs are Acer Iconia

I would really like the truth on should i give up or should i still try and pursue a case.

First, it is not permitted to name potential defendants in a LawGuru question. The forum is open to the public and the potential defendants would have full access to both your question and any advice given.

In addition, I think you need to heed the advice already given you by several attorneys.
