Misleading information about ownership of patents
Can I file a lawsuit (other than patent infringement) against a company misrepresenting on their website ownership or title to technology for which I have been granted US patent and given to them no rights.

You might write a cease and desist letter first, to document that you have made an effor to have the offensive materials removed before proceeding further.
However, if you truly believe there has been an intentional misrepresentation that reaches to the point of fraud, your first call should be to the district attorney's office if the matter is local, or the attorney general if the matter is outside the jurisdiction of a local county court.
You may also contact the better business bureau and file a complaint.
However, if you have deep pockets, and none of the previous methods is to your liking, you might seek litigation as a first alternative.
