i work for a hotel and sold pictures of a celebrity, my job just called me asking if I had taken the photo's now they have me on susspention and i want to know what they can do

I assume you took the pictures while on duty at the hotel. The celebrity probably complained to the hotel management about an invasion of privacy. The hotel can fire you, but I'm not predicting that they will. If anything worse happens, contact an employment attorney.
