how do I fire public defender in CPS case where the allegations are completely false and the lawyer refused to help me fight my case?

You retain counsel, i.e., pay for an attorney who is experienced in this area. Contact your local bar association to find an attorney you can pay.

The other option is to write the court a letter requesting other counsel be appointed, that you feel that your public defender is not competent because he/she is not doing what you are asking him/her to do.
