Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

My girlfriend is sixteen and i am 18. Her mother hates me and sent my girlfriend away to live with her uncle. My girlfriend wants to live with me because we believe she is pregnant. I want to go get her but her mother told me she would take me to court and call the cops. I used to live with them for about 4 months and i decided to leave about a month ago. My school stuff shows that she is my guardian and that i still live with them. Right now i cant see or speak with my girlfriend. I am about to get my high school diploma in 5 days and my mother told me that she would help me out financially. What can i do?

You can get her mother more upset at you and have a statutory rape charge filed against you! Your girlfriend needs to find out if she is pregnant, and, if so, what she wants to do with the child. Neither one of you is emotionally or financially able to raise properly a child. If she is pregnant, you have to consider talking to her mother to see what can be worked out.
