Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
A few days ago a homeless person was taking a bath in the outdoor hot tub that residents of the apartment complex i live in share. He passed out and died in the hot tub. Many residents know because they saw him in the morning and through word of mouth, but my apartment complex's managing company has not sent out any official notice. I talked to some of my neighbors who has no idea that somebody died recently in the hot tub. Is my apartment complex's managing company legally required to inform all residents?
