how many days notice do we have to give the tenant to leave your property. There is alot of work that need done for that appartment, so i was wondering how many days notice do i have for them to leave the property. the lease is month to month. Thank you for your help

It depends upon how long the tenant has been in possession; if the tenant has been there more than 1 year you must give 60 days written notice. One year or less only 30 days notice is required.
