Eviction

I broke my door and i have not paid for my bill yet because it it $770.00, and now he is charging late fees. thhe manager gave me a pay or quit notice but it says it is for my rent. But i paid my rent and i think he turned my door bill into a rent fee. can he evict me?

Not if what you say is true and you can prove it. 3 Day Notices are for rent only. However, if the notice is stated as a 3 Day to Cure Covenant or Quit, that's a different situation. Landlords can force you to obey the rules, including about damaging the property, especially if its in the rental agreement or lease.
