Plaintiff has offered as evidence a

contract which has been altered, how do I introduce my copy of the same contract that has not been altered , in a jury trial

Plaintiff puts on his case first. You cross examine him regarding alterations. When you testify (as defendant) you offer your un-altered copy. Most trials are like this....people lie, or are mistaken, and judge and/or jury must decide what evidence is more credible.
