who has destroyed property, threatens any and all who happen by and has cut down

at least 25 20-30ft. juniper trees..we had heard a search warrant was served on

the premises xmas eve..neither were home and are now evading arrest have had

friends move their belongings and apparently abandoned the rental..had a sherriff come out and reported defacement..IS THERE SOME WAY FOR US TO TAKE POSESSION IMMEDIATLEY AND AVOID A TIMELY EVICTION?
