Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Can my landlord come into my fenced back yard without any notice or reason? I know she has to give me a 24 hour notice to enter my home. Does that apply to my yard as well? I am in California.

I say that the landlord has to give you notice to enter the back yard if your rental includes the entire property and back yard. If there are other units and this is a common area, then I don't think the landlord has to give you notice.
