Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I am currently leaving with a family and I pay my rent the 4th of each month. I will be leaving on may 23rd, obviously I will let them know that I will be leaving a month after. My question is, do I need still need to pay my rent from may 23rd to June 4th ? or I will only pay the 19 days I will be living there ?

It depends on when you give notice, how much notice you give, and when you move out.
