Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I was living in Modesto with my boyfriend and his grandma. We got a new landlord last year and only a couple months after he took over our lease, he told us we needed to vacate for renevations. We couldn't afford a hotel or motel and we were unable to stay with anyone since we had three dogs. His response was to file for eviction for non-payment. We received the letter to apply for the tenant portion of California Rental Relief and I completed the application before the March 31st deadline. On March 1st I was the victim of a domestic situation and was left at the house alone after my boyfriend was arrested and his grandma was placed in a mental health facility and I was unable to respond to the unlawful detainer lawsuit. I called the landlord and asked for an extension given the situation but her refused. He was aware I completed the Rental Relief and the situation but he still showed up with the police and the police ignored me when I was trying to show them I did complete the Rental Relied so I qualified for the state moratorium and I was evicted and lost everything. Fast forward a few months and now the rental relief has been approved and the landlord is getting the money but we were evicted months ago. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I'm afraid not. Once the court ordered the eviction, your time to do anything was passed. Anything you could have done had to be done before the eviction judgment.
