Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I renting an Rv as my home.

I left to house sit for a friend 3rd to the 17th of july. I came back to pick up my cat on the 4th but found the land lord entered the Rv, my home he went through my stuff and let out my cat. I returned to the house sitting job . while I was gone the land lord changed the locks on the surrounding gate moved my belongings into the delapited vacant house also on the property with no roof or doors (my stuff was clearly visible from behind fence from street) he also drove the Rv , my home, off the property with some of my stuff still inside. He parked it at his personal property behind locked fence.

I have already talked with a lawyer friend of mine. However want to get as much info as possible.

A week ago was our date in small claims court . before anything started he had the officer call me up to be served with a courter suit saying I owed for rent , utilities, theft and damages. ( I did not owe steal or damage anything)

the judge had everyone go out side the court room and exchange evidence .. All he had was a check carbon copy that was dated for the month after he illegally evicted me and said I owed him that. He also said I stole a bunch of stuff after he evicted me as well, he has no proof of anything. To make things worse the judge ran out of time and we were rescheduled for a month from now.

I still haven't been able to get my stuff from him.

Hmm.. Oh I'm suing for violations to civil codes 789.3 and 1940.2 as well , personal property, intentional infliction, umm I think that's it. For $10,000 . his countersuit was for $855.

I have tons of evidence and a witness. Anything input ????
