Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

What are the repercussions of a primary leaseholder giving a weeks notice to a person on the lease to get out....due to various problems. If it were taken to small claims court what is the harshest punishment?

1) Person does not pay portion of rent and bills (all through verbal agreement and every bill paid is in primary leaseholders name

2) Property damage done by person given notice

3) Numerous amount of complaints from other tenants about noise, pollution, and area being dirtied which has violated contract on lease

Small Claims court is a civil court. There are no punishments issued by Small Claims Court.
