If a residential lease was drawn up with the property description in L.A

county, but actually in San bernardino county, is it valid? Can they sue me in SB County if it states that the lase was n LA County?

You can not get out of an otherwise valid lease because of mistake that is minor or has no real effect upon the parties involved [would you not have signed if the right county was mentioned?]. The landlord can sue either where the property is located, or the breach or signing of the contract occurred.
