tenant marijuana cultivation

my tenant is cultivating marijuana. he claims (falsely) i consented. do you have an authority for the proposition i CANNOT consent to his illegal activity? i am planning on making a motion in limine.

You cannot legally "consent" to an illegal activity by another period.

Mr. Torrey is correct. Not only do you not consent, but you can evict. You can't consent to an illegal act.
