tenant rights on termites

Rental hse infestation is old enough

to hollow out door jambs, garage

beams and tenant's furnishings are

at risk.

Out of state landlord had termites

before; has no maintenance

contractor so tenant has for 1 1/2

yrs fix/deduct, but termites took a

month just to research/inspect and

won't let us involuntarily vacate on

infestation clause/hazard on the

property.
