termenating lease

after being approved for an apartment and signing my lease, the first time i stepped foot into my apartment two days after i went to start moving my stuff in and there were so many roachs and insects that I had to leave the apartment it is now been 3 days since i signed the lease and I have not stayed one night or day in the apartment nor will I ever is there legally a way to get out of there? With all my money back

Re: termenating lease

Contact the landlord and tell them he/she/it has to get an exterminator to clean out the apartment before you can move in. If not to your satisfaction, I think you can justify not moving in.
