I have an Unlawful detainer judgement that says I need to vacate by 1/2/12, I need 5 more days. Is there a request or motion I can file with the court to get more time?

First speak to the landlord about changing the date [you will have to explain why it is you need 25 as opposed to 20 days to move]. As a practical matter, the sheriff will not come to your door within that 5 day period of time to force you out.
