Out Of Control Attorney

Plantiffs Attorney came into my place of business screaming while I was working with a client ''Where were you, you had a deposition.I needed to reschedule, he said fine the day before. His lastest intimadation, filing an improper lis pendens on my property. recorded 6 months ago,I just found out.I'm in a probate matter over my mothers estate.Unfortunately, I'm Trustee.Greedy siblings Squabbling over moms estate has nothing to do with my property, the title or my ownership. I'm hoping my buyer and title co.won't be scared off. I'm in financial straights due to surgery/couldn't work 3 months. I'm self-employed, business took a nose dive.I asked him to remove it he refused.I do not want another matter. He did this to cause harm, he's malious and vendictive as my siblings. More has been spent in attorney fee's then inheritence. I've no say as long as they complain I have to defend myself. I'm on the verge of cracking, no one cares. least of all my attorney.They'll stop when the money runs out. I'm considering,running away or I won't make, I'm barely functioning,I struggle to get out of bed everyday.
