Who has legal rights to the Ford Explorer
Girlfriend or Boyfriend
Girlfriend assumed loan ,Boyfriend took over payments
Loan remained in Girlfriend name
Both agreed when paid off Girlfriend would sign over.
Relationship ended X-Boyfriend continued payments as agreed
3 months before payoff
He had hardships fell 185.00 behind in payments

Truck Repossessed by loan company
He raised 2600.00 the payoff amount.
X-Girlfriend won�t take the money and release the truck.
X-Girlfriend now want�s the truck.

He has made payments on truck for 4yrs three payments left at time of Repo.
Truck in inbound for 7days now.

Does he have any legal rights to sue her for the 4 years of payments?

Can he get the truck back?

if the agreement was for her to sign it over then he can sue to enforce it.
