Re: rules of a advisor to a trust

Your question leaves out a bit of information. Is it a living (i.e. revocable) trust, or is it irrevocable? Did the "advisor" exert undue influence on an elderly person. Usually, if it's a revocable trust, the trustor can make whatever changes he or she wants so long as it's voluntary. Of course, that's an oversimplification. Feel free to be more specific.
