Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Videographer for Wedding

Can I sue? My videographer has

been paid in full, but not has given

me a priceless video of my only copy

of my engagement video, and has

not correctly edited my wedding

videos, and has already cashed the

check for the product. I also have

not received the raw footage of my

wedding day.

Re: Videographer for Wedding

Sure you can sue. If you think that your damages are $7500 or less you can take your claim to small claims court.

Re: Videographer for Wedding

Why don't you have an attorney contact the videographer and find out what the problem is. If nothing else, get the raw footage and have someone else do the editing, since the memories are priceless!
