Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

I have a w/c case, My former Att. office has yelled @ me, my husband had called another Att. to find out what my rights were because he was worried my former Att. was ignoring my case, I was unaware of this until my former Att. office & Att. called me up & yelled @ me for it, they sent me to a non MPM Network Doctor, so SRS did not send me my w/c chk, I feel they did this on purpose in spite of me, said they had talked to the adjuster about late w/c check that had been late a month, go to find out they never even called the adjuster, this was not the only late w/c chk. I had tried to make appt. with Att. They always had an excuse so I could not see him, this is only some of the way his office treated me, would I have a case against them?
